We continually do our part to exercise a high standard of care and professionalism in executing our technical work with third-party client litigation risk being of key consideration. With approximately equal defense and plaintiff representation, our expert engagements have involved highly contaminated real estate, diverse building science complaints, potential exposures to hazardous materials and situations in the workplace, allegations of wrongful death, and a wide variety of unique and specialized concerns that resulted in litigation. The expert work and testimony of TGE and Ms. Franks has never been successfully challenged, struck, or disallowed in any capacity.

Robust Experience
Practicing TGE experts, including Ms. Franks as the firm's lead, have extensive experience in pre-trial preparation, discovery, videoed and in-person testimony under oath, as well as multi-venue trial appearances across the U.S. Significant and high value engagements have involved state Superfund litigation; asbestos contamination to a high-profile State-owned facility; hydrocarbon release (under well blowout) to sensitive agriculture-use land (class action); and a high-profile construction defect case within a newly constructed multi-family community, to name a few.
