Mr. Sepich has 5 decades of experience as a civil and environmental engineer, including extensive design and expert witness experience.His education includesa B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois, 1970. He is a life member of the American Society of Civil Engineers; he holds several U.S. patents related to soil gas control; and he chaired a recent ASTM committee responsible for ASTM E2993-16 Standard Guide for Evaluating Potential Hazard as a Result of Methane in the Vadose Zone. Mr. Sepich provides design and consultation related to soil vapor mitigation. He is currently working on projects across the United States, and has advanced the design of soil vapor control by specifying cost effective materials and techniques matched to the level of risk.
